Why Filtration Matters

Compressed air always contains contaminants — oil, water, solid particles and micro-organisms. These contaminants can damage pneumatic equipment, contaminate products and increase energy consumption through pressure drops and leaks.

Filter Range

• DD+ pre-filtration — removes bulk liquid water and solid particles down to 1 micron
• PD+ coalescing filter — removes oil aerosols and solid particles down to 0.01 micron
• QD+ adsorption filter — removes oil vapour to residual oil content below 0.003 mg/m³
• UD+ ultra-high efficiency — removes particles down to 0.01 micron with 99.9999% efficiency
